1. Who we are

Klub Collective (“Klub Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital marketing and AI automation agency that helps local businesses grow. 2. Information we collect

• Information you provide. Your name, email, phone number, business details, and anything you submit through our contact form or during onboarding.
• Information from connected accounts. When a client authorizes us to manage their Google Business Profile, we access business data through Google APIs (see Section 4).
• Usage information. Standard log and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and improve our website.

3. How we use information

• Provide and deliver the services our clients hire us for.
• Manage clients’ Google Business Profiles on their behalf and with their authorization.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate about our services.
• Maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.

4. Google user data

With a client’s explicit authorization, Klub Collective uses Google Business Profile APIs to manage the client’s business presence on Google. The data we may access includes business information, customer reviews, posts, questions and answers, and performance insights (such as how customers find and interact with the profile).

We use this access only to:

• Publish posts and updates to the profile;
• Read and respond to customer reviews and questions;
• Report on performance and search trends to the client.

Limited Use disclosure.Klub Collective’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except as necessary to provide the service the client requested, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers, and AI providers used to draft content), each bound to protect it; with Google as required to perform profile management; and when required by law. Where AI tools are used to draft posts or review replies, content is processed solely to generate that output and is not used to train third-party models.

6. Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and used only to perform authorized actions.

7. Your choices & rights

Clients may revoke our access to their Google Business Profile at any time through their Google account settings, and may request access to or deletion of the information we hold by emailing hello@klubcollective.com. Revoking access stops all further data processing on our end.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
