Website Audit · A Real Example

A Quick Look at a
Painter's Website.

Good Friend Painting LLC · Little Rock, AR

This is a real audit we ran for a Central Arkansas painter. They do beautiful work — the kind people should be lining up for. The problem wasn't the painting. It was that nobody could find them. Here's what we found, in plain words.

Their old site

The site they had — invisible, with buttons that went nowhere.

What This Costs

A painter in Central Arkansas should get 5 to 15 free leads a month from Google Search and Maps. Hidden, they get zero.

One $2,000 job a month = $24,000 a year sitting on the table.

What We Found

We dug through their site, their Google presence, and their competitors. Three things stood out.

01

Google couldn't identify them

We found a single tag telling Google “don't show this website to anyone.” So when a homeowner searched “painter in Little Rock,” they never came up — not even on page 10. Every one of those searches was a customer ready to hire, handed straight to a competitor. Being invisible on Google means leads — and real money — walking out the door every single day.

02

Everyone who tried to reach them got nowhere

We found the phone button dialing a fake number (1-234-567-890) and the email going to info@mysite.com — the Facebook and Instagram buttons pointed to Wix's pages, not theirs. So even the people who did find them and wanted to hire couldn't get through. Every dead-end tap was a customer reaching for their wallet, turned away — a booked job handed straight to the next painter.

03

Invisible in every town they serve

We found nothing telling Google which towns they cover — Little Rock, Conway, Benton, Bryant — or what they actually do: cabinets, decks, drywall, popcorn removal. So every time someone nearby searched for that exact work, the job went to whoever showed up instead. An entire service area of ready-to-hire customers, lost — simply because Google didn't know they served it.
